To Better Serve our Customers

Here at TheRightLace we are always looking at way to better serve our customers and we have changed our fulfillment to a 3rd party, who ships within 24 hours to ensure our clients get their laces as fast as possible.  To this end, we have discontinued shipping to our international customers.  TheRightLace has had several issues with shipping internationally with our new fulfillment partner and our credit card processing company and so we have made a hard decision to no longer ship internationally.  

I am happy to address your questions, so fee free to send me email josh@therightlace.com.  If you are an international customer who has purchased lifetime laces, we will also observe your lifetime laces and will ship replacements for the cost of shipping and handling to your country.  Please email support@therightlace.com
