Return Policy

We stand behind all of our products with a money back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase. 

If you initiate a return because of a mistake on our part in fulfilling your order, we will fully refund the purchase price and all shipping fees.  Similarly, in cases where your receive a product that is damaged, we will fully refund the purchase price and all shipping fees.  In all other cases, we will take back any product for a refund of your purchase price, less our  $3 shipping fee and a $3 re-stocking fee.

Here are some examples of our return policy in action:

Scenario 1. We strive to be perfect when matching laces to shoes, but a perfect match is sometimes not possible due to minor variations in the laces that shoe manufacturers use across different model years of the same shoe.  If you receive a pair of laces that are comparable but not exact, just let us know.  We will offer to send you a replacement pair or refund your product purchase price less our shipping and re-stocking fees.

Scenario 2. Quality is our top priority, but sometimes mistake happen.  If you receive a pair of laces that are damaged in any way, just let us know.  We will offer to send you a replacement pair or refund your product purchase price and all shipping fees.

Scenario 3. Sometimes customers may make a mistake in their shipping address.  If your laces get lost in the mail because of a bad address, just let us know.  We will gladly send you a replacement pair, but ask that you contribute towards the shipping cost for the new shipment.

Scenario 4. If you make a mistake in selecting the wrong product from our site, just let us know.  If we cannot stop your order before it leaves our warehouse we will gladly send you your desired product for free, but ask that you contribute towards the shipping cost for the new shipment.

Scenario 5. Being fashion forward is a great thing, but sometimes contrasting colors just don’t work out the way you thought they might.  If you purchase a contrasting color lace and are not completely thrilled, just let us know.  We will offer to send you areplacement pair or refund your product purchase price less our shipping and re-stocking fees.

Scenario 6. If you are an International customer (outside of the US) and you are not happy with your laces, just let us know and we will refund your purchase price.  However, because of the significant cost of shipping internationally, we cannot refund International shipping fees.  In such cases, we will refund your product purchase price and ask for you to keep the laces with our compliments.

Scenario 7. We understand that customers sometimes change their minds about a purchase.  If you change your mind about a lace purchase, we will refund your product purchase price less our shipping and re-stocking fees
